Saskia Preston

"Superb to watch" London Is Funny
"Interesting, quirky act, alien weirdo with odd observations…very good" Steve Bennett, Chortle

Saskia has made a name for herself as an act who delivers up offbeat one liners and observations in a unique and playful style, and as a young, gay comedian, she has an interesting perspective on life.

Saskia starred in the prestigious AAA Stand-Up Late show at The Pleasance for Edinburgh Fringe 2018 and will be making her debut solo show this coming summer.

Born in the UK, Saskia spent her childhood in Hong Kong and Portugal before returning to Britain to study English at the University of St Andrews. Previous to starting comedy, Saskia had a career in advertising and journalism and has written for, among others, The Guardian and The Financial Times. She has also written for Newsjack and more recently The Now Show.
